SHIRES MUD TURN OUT SOCKS / CHAPS / WRAPS

Designed to protect your horse or pony from just below the knee or hock to just below the coronet band.  Ideal for preventing / controlling mud fever / cracked heels.  They are stretchy neoprene for a snug, contoured fit.  Padded strike pad for extra heel protection for this vulnerable area.  Ideal for turning out in muddy conditions in the winter or when heels are cracked from mud fever / cuts / sores.  They are also an ideal replacement for stable bandages.  They are much easier and quicker to fit and there is less risk of pressure points (use a lining if your horse is sensitive to neoprene).  Also ideal for securing and protecting wound dressings.  All in all, a much more convenient option.  Excellent value for money.
