Payment: We accept most payment types – Paypal, cheque, postal order, credit/debit card and direct bank transfer. If you wish to pay directly by credit/debit card, you may call us on the number above.
Despatch: We have a post office in the village so super fast despatch within one working day is the Happy Tack norm - we fully appreciate that the wait for your animal's therapy and comfort products has to be minimal. We use fully insured Royal Mail first class recorded delivery or, for saddles, 24 hour tracked courier service for your peace of mind. Please tell us if you will not be available to accept your item and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances.
Carriage: We do not profit from carriage charges. All orders over £10 are sent via recorded delivery. 75p (£4.50 International) of the postage price is charged to us by Royal Mail for recorded delivery and is inclusive of VAT. We use this service to meet standard payment protection requirements.
Recorded delivery AND International Signed For mail is usually given priority and we have found that the business contract mail services that we use is also fast and reliable. We always combine multiple purchases to give you a generous carriage discount.
Returns: We take our distance selling responsibilities very seriously. All Happy Tack products have a no-quibble guarantee. If your purchase has not met your expectations, simply return it for refund or exchange, to reach us within 7 days of you receiving it.
DVDs cannot be refunded if the packaging seal has been damaged, unless they are faulty. We find that all of our customers who have had problems viewing DVDs on their DVD players, can actually view the DVD on a PC.
We want you, and especially your animal, to be completely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you need to make a return, please take the best care of the item, do not return it soiled.
If you re-use the original packaging by turning it inside out, we will know exactly who has returned the package and when it was supplied. Adding your phone number to the package will also be useful. Please include a note.
Unfortunately we cannot cover return postage costs unless there has been an error on our part. You are strongly advised to insure the item by sending it recorded delivery as we can only be responsible for the item after we have safely received it. We would be grateful if you would notify us in advance before you send the package so that we can look out for your package, note your feedback comments and refund you/replace/exchange the goods without any problems.
