We want you and your animal to be completely happy with your purchase in much the same way as if you had made your purchase from the very best High Street stores. We are full members of the FEDERATION OF SMALL BUSINESSES and we are as committed to caring for you while you shop with us online as we are to making your horse or dog more comfortable offline. 
 

Payment: We accept most payment types – Paypal, cheque, postal order, credit/debit card and direct bank transfer. If you wish to pay directly by credit/debit card, you may call us on the number above.

Despatch: We have a post office in the village so super fast despatch within one working day is the Happy Tack norm - we fully appreciate that the wait for your animal's therapy and comfort products has to be minimal. We use Royal Mail first class or, for saddles, 24 hour tracked courier service for your peace of mind. Please tell us if you will not be available to accept your item and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances.

Carriage: Free UK carriage!!! International orders are sent via Royal Mail Priority and Signed For service. This costs £7 in addition to the package weight and is calculated when the order is placed. We have found that the business contract mail services that we use is also fast and reliable.

Returns: We take our distance selling responsibilities very seriously. All Happy Tack products have a no-quibble guarantee. If your purchase has not met your expectations, simply return it for refund of your original cost of the item, or exchange, to reach us within 14 days of you receiving it. We want you, and especially your animal, to be completely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you need to make a return, please take the best care of the item, do not return it soiled. If you re-use the original packaging by turning it inside out, we will know exactly who has returned the package and when it was supplied. Adding your phone number to the package will also be useful. Please include a note. Unfortunately we cannot cover return postage costs unless there has been an error on our part. You are strongly advised to insure the item by sending it recorded delivery as we can only be responsible for the item after we have safely received it. We would be grateful if you would notify us in advance before you send the package so that we can look out for your package, note your feedback comments and refund you/replace/exchange the goods without any problems.
