All listed products are in stock and the Happy Tack Ltd base is within walking distance of a post office. This makes it easy for us to make sure your orders are despatched without delay.
Payment policy We accept the full range of payment solutions and you can also phone us to pay directly by debit or credit card if you prefer.
Delivery information We do not knowingly profit from post or packing charges and, on all orders over £10, the price you pay is for Tracked Delivery which ensures that your purchase is protected. Items will be despatched by the next working day, if not the same working day where possible.
Return policy If any item you buy from Happytack does not fully meet your needs, simply send it back, to reach us within fourteen days of receipt, for a refund less postage costs. We listen to your comments and will discontinue products which do not meet our customers' needs.
